Rightly said, when it comes to protecting their country and people from the enemies, the cadets can prove to be the most effective ones . Not everyone dares to be a man of steel. Knowing well that at every step you will meet numerous challenges yet treading vigorously towards your goals, is not what each one of us can do voluntarily. Each person recruited in any of the Armed Forces is expected to be strong and high- spirited in all aspects. We, not only emphasise on Academic Training but also focus on making the cadets, physically strong and mentally sound by giving them punctilious and rigorous training. The invincible nerve to cope up with the roughest and toughest conditions comes naturally when we train them hard in the field on regular basis. So anyone who dares to be audacious and extraordinary to serve the nation, is welcome at Arrow Achievers.
Soft Skills
Soft skills form the prerequisite for any job profile and when it comes to the safety and security of the nation, these skills become all the more noteworthy. We give adequate training to the aspirants to be proficient in soft skills so that they can perform their duties diligently and gracefully at their workplace, wherever they are posted throughout the country. Rightly, known as the Power Skills, soft skills are prolific character traits which we believe will motivate our cadets to adapt themselves to the milieu effortlessly and elegantly. We, emphasise on developing the soft skills like social skills, communication, leadership , solidarity, fidelity , conflict resolution , fortitude , ingenuity, veracity etc. We instill in our youth the values of strengthening interpersonal relations while striving for professional growth.
Information Technology Skill
We firmly believe that in today’s rapidly changing dynamic world, expertise in IT skills is indispensable as it strengthens the career prospects. Every employer wants tech-savvy manpower and that is the rationale for the inclusion of IT Skills in our curriculum framework. Cadets are given special classes for IT so that they are familiarized with basic Programming and Networking . Also we ensure that they develop a passion for exploring new dimensions of technical acumen while going through IT awareness Training.
Other Skills
Truly said “Skills can make a career or break a career ’.We believe that building up a strong skill set is as important as the preparation of the written competitive exams. Developing skills- quantifiable or non quantifiable is an integral part of our training module and the complete curriculum is designed in such a way that our cadets emerge as men of sky-scraping skill sets not only to add a feather to their cap of resume but to be successful as good human beings. At Arrow Achievers, the cadets acquire hard skills like Data Analysis , Project Management, Health care, Resource Management etc through various training programs.
